This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges on our repair services and retail products. All repair services come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of service. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
2. Refunds Policy
Repair Services:
- Refunds for repair services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of service completion
- Diagnostic fees are non-refundable if no repair is performed
- Devices with prior water or liquid damage that fail after repair are not eligible for refunds
- Refunds may be denied if device shows signs of misuse, neglect, or unauthorized tampering post-repair
Products & Accessories:
- All accessory sales are final – no refunds available
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for refund consideration
- Defective products may be eligible for replacement or store credit within 7 days of purchase with original receipt
Warranty Claims:
- Defective parts covered under our 30-day warranty will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost
- Labor warranty covers the part itself, not additional labor costs after 30 days
- Battery warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not normal capacity reduction due to usage
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
- Check your bank account: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank
- Contact your credit card company: It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact us: If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our store immediately
Processing Time: Warranty claims and refund requests may take up to 7 business days for inspection and resolution.
4. Sale Items
- All accessories and retail products are final sale – no refunds or returns
- Repair services may be eligible for warranty coverage or refund consideration under specific circumstances
- Clearance items and discounted services are final sale unless defective
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
5. Exchanges
Accessories & Products:
- Exchanges allowed only within 7 days of purchase with original receipt
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Exchange limited to same product type or equal value store credit
Repair Services:
- Service exchanges not applicable
- Warranty coverage applies for defective parts or workmanship issues
- Re-repair or part replacement available under warranty terms
6. Shipping Returns
Note: Max Phone Repair & Accessories is a physical retail location. We do not offer shipping services for repairs or returns.
For Local Customers:
- All returns and exchanges must be brought to our physical store location
- No mail-in or shipping return services available
- In-person inspection required for all warranty claims and return requests
